Aniska Lodge Care Home

Situated just outside the charming village of Warninglid, near Haywards Heath Aniska Lodge Nursing Home is a Grade II listed building with a large extension backing onto woodlands and has 49 bedrooms, all single with ensuite facilities.

It is owned by Excel Care Homes Limited and is registered with the CQC as a care home with nursing. In addition we also care for people with Dementia, Alzheimer’s disease or physical disabilities and people with learning disabilities who are in need of nursing care. Our staff are carefully selected and trained to meet your needs and ensure that your stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable. Your independence matters a lot to us. Here at Aniska Lodge we do not expect everyone to be the same and treat every resident as a unique individual with different needs. We offer various activities to enhance your abilities. Our accommodations are set with simple comforts and we encourage residents and their families to personalise their rooms according to their liking to ensure that they feel at home as much as possible. Personal small furniture, pictures, memorabilia and ornaments are highly encouraged. All residents are assessed prior to admission and are admitted initially on a trial basis to ascertain that we are able to meet your needs and also for you to be able to decide that you have chosen the right home. Meet the manager

Eunice Mundopa qualified as a nurse in 2001and has worked in the care home sector since. She has extensive experience in care home management and leading clinical governance strategies for care homes. Since joining Excel Care Homes Ltd 2014, she has focused on improving the quality of life for older people by ensuring that care is evidence-based and derived from recognised best practice. Recognising the increasing need for specialist care for people with dementia, her focus is to continue to develop the quality of life for these residents so that having dementia or being a person who needs some assistance is no reason to stop enjoying life.
