“Aniska Lodge is my first experience with a care home, I was not expecting that when my Father was admitted the service from all staff would be exceptional, my father receives excellent care, I have regular updates from staff and I feel that I have an input towards all aspects of his care and wellbeing I cannot recommend highly the dedication of all staff that look after my father. They are a wonderful source of support.”

Meet the team

Aniska Lodge is led by Registered Manager Radhika Babyamma, who has been with the company since 2005 and has extensive experience in the care industry. She started as a carer and worked her way up to become manager in 2020. Radhika is dedicated to the residents and leads by example, always being hands-on and available to residents, relatives, professionals, and staff. She is a qualified nurse with various certifications and is eager to share her knowledge and skills with the team. The care home follows an open-door policy and emphasizes person-centered care, treating residents and their loved ones as part of the Aniska “family.” The home employs over 40 staff, including a highly experienced team supporting Radhika. The facility offers a range of activities and outings for residents, and the chefs provide fresh and varied meals daily from a kitchen that has been awarded 5 stars for food hygiene from the Food Standards Agency. The staff also maintains a high level of cleanliness and infection control. Visiting hours are flexible, and the home has a sensory room for quieter times.
